CERREC brings together 9 partner organisations from 7 European countries. The CERREC partnership consists of national or regional and local authorities and organisations having specific know how, capacities and/or competence in the field of waste management affairs and reuse.

In addition to this, the core relevance of CERREC in relation to the aims of the project and its implementation is much more reflected by the relevant national and regional stakeholder participations in the project.

Associated Partners

Associated partners of CERREC review the achieved results of the CERREC project concerning feasibility, sustainability, transferability and compatibility with European and national waste legislation and policy. Associated partners have advisory status in the CERREC Expert Advisory Group – the transnational advisory body that consists of the associated partners and of the transnational stakeholder group members.

In CERREC strong participation of relevant national and regional stakeholders is attained. All relevant stakeholders and key actors, also those not represented through CERREC partners, are involved in the working process of CERREC project via the stakeholder participation. These stakeholders will evaluate all CERREC core outputs to guarantee that all CERREC outputs are of high usability, relevance and quality and can be implemented in all regions and at the same time.
CERREC stakeholder participation will work on national but also on transnational cooperation to harmonise the differences in the field of waste management affairs and reuse of the participating Central Europe states. CERREC is going to deliver suitable structures for this cooperation during and also after the project with the transnational stakeholder group and transnational exchange platform for repair & re-use.
